3 Pathfinder Development Hotels Rank in the Top 3% of Texas Hotels in Overall RevPar for Q2 2021

Following a strong Q1 where 4 of our hotels ranked in the top 8% in overall RevPar in Texas, Pathfinder Development is excited to announce that 3 of our hotels have ranked in the top 3% in overall RevPar throughout Texas. These outstanding rankings are a result of how the company adjusted during one of the hardest times our industry as a whole has ever faced.

Out of 6,080 Texas hotels reporting on RevPar, our Residence Inn Austin Southwest ranked in the top 2% at #126. Our Staybridge Suites Humble/Generation Park ranked in the top 3 % at #155 and our Staybridge Suites Webster/Clear Lake ranked in the top 3% at #160.

In addition, the Residence Inn Austin Southwest is the 3rd ranked Residence Inn for the brand in all of Texas. Staybridge Suites Humble/Generation Park is the 3rd ranked Staybridge Suites for the brand in all of Texas and the Staybridge Suites Webster/Clear Lake is the 5th ranked Staybridge Suites for the brand in all of Texas.

To achieve these incredible rankings, Pathfinder Development emphasized their mission, vision, and core values and encouraged every team across the board to provide unrivaled hospitality in their respective markets. Where a lot of hotels are ditching things like breakfast and the socials, Pathfinder teams have found a way to not only do it, but to do it better and in a way that is safe and delicious for our guests. Pathfinder Hospitality Adds Holiday Inn & Suites San Antonio Northwest to Portfolio

Pathfinder Hospitality, a hotel development firm and 3rd-party management company based in Austin TX, is excited to announce that they have officially added the Holiday Inn & Suites San Antonio Northwest & Wingate by Wyndham Houston IAH (managing Sales/Marketing/Revenue Management) to their growing portfolio of management contracts! This will be Pathfinder Hospitality’s first hotel in the San Antonio market and they are elated to be in this exciting location.

Located at 5535 University Heights Blvd, San Antonio, TX 78249…Holiday Inn & Suites has 122 rooms, a full-service restaurant & bar, a spacious meeting space, complimentary shuttle service, business & fitness center, and a beautiful backyard with a pool & jacuzzi. This property is also right near Six Flags San Antonio and about 10 miles north of the San Antonio International Airport, Downtown San Antonio and the Riverwalk.

Located at 1330 N Sam Houston Pkwy E, Houston, Texas 77032…Wingate by Wyndham Houston IAH has 60 rooms, a complimentary shuttle, a meeting space, and an outdoor pool, & a mix of room types to fit any travel needs. This property is also a quick ride to the Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport.

This marks the 9th & 10th hotel additions managed by Pathfinder. We are very excited to share that Pathfinder offers ancillary services for management where our stellar revenue team can help your hotel’s sales, marketing, or revenue management systems. The Aloft Austin Southwest slated to open in June 2022 and Pathfinder Hospitality currently manages the Residence Inn Austin Southwest, Holiday Inn Express & Suites – Austin Arboretum Area, Staybridge Suites Houston – Humble Beltway 8, Staybridge Suites Houston – Nasa/Clear Lake, Best Western Plus Pflugerville, and most recently La Quinta Inn & Suites Katy Brookshire & Wyndham Garden Houston Willowbrook.

With these exciting wins comes new appointments! Daniel Davis has been hired as the General Manager to oversee the Holiday Inn & Suites San Antonio Northwest. Daniel joins Pathfinder with over 7 years of hospitality experience, most recently as the Clubhouse Manager at the Minocqua Country Club in Wisconsin, and we are thrilled he will be leading the team.

Pathfinder Hospitality names Danielle Schneider as CEO

Austin, Texas | April 27. Pathfinder Hospitality, a 3rd party and owner/operator management company headquartered in Austin, announced today that Danielle Schneider has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer.

Schneider has been with Pathfinder Hospitality since June 2013 and has been an invaluable part of the company’s growth and culture. With over 20 years of experience, Danielle has demonstrated exceptional leadership in organizations as a whole and in the development of future leaders. Danielle’s passion for people is contagious and the company couldn’t be more thrilled with this next chapter.

“I’ve been with Pathfinder for 9 years and trusting me to be their leader isn’t something I take lightly,” says Schneider. She continues, “This change means that I will be able to focus not only on company growth, but the growth of all our team members across our regions.
